Couple donates $100,000 for the Tim Tebow Foundation at TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course

Charity golf event was full of surprises, especially when a Florida Couple donated $100,000 to this worthy cause to spend a day with the now New York Jets Quarterback with a Heisman Trophy under his belt, Tim Tebow. The donation was to borrow Tebow for the day to meet underprivileged children near their hometown in the Florida Keys.

A very special visitor and fundraiser was also at this amazing event, Boomer Hornbeck, a 9-year old whom suffers from cerebral palsy. At the first Tim Tebow Golf Classic, Hornbeck saved $27 of his allowance to donate. This year, he was able to collect $9,267 to donate to the Tim Tebow Foundation. Hornbeck and Tebow stay in touch and have a special bond.

Tebow also received a touching gift from Bubba Watson, the 2012 Masters Champion. Amazingly, it was his player's badge from last Sunday's round - a random number 15... the same number Tebow wears on the field.

Just another great day in golf history!
